MARYLAND - Each year, an average of fifteen,13 000 people are reported missing in the state of Maryland, from which only about 12, 000 are placed. Many of them are children. Both the Maryland State Police along with the Maryland Lottery have come up with a strategic partnership to supply a more extensive system to safeguard the state's children.

"We all know each time a child is abducted somebody knows something and we rely on the public's participation to aid us in that attempt, " said Robert Hoever, with the biggest market of Missing & Exploited Children.
